1How Do I Get To One Love Festival?
- We suggest you take public transportation to the festival. If you plan to drink alcohol please don’t drive.
- If you do decide to drive Take Highway 401 East and exit at Keele Street.
- Take Keele Street North to Sheppard Avenue and turn right.
2Are there In and Out Privileges?
There are strictly NO In and Out privileges
3Is parking available?
Yes there is parking available at Downsview Park.
4Is the festival accessible?
Yes, the festival is completely accessible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs onsite.
5Should I come by myself?
You are welcome to come by yourself, but we encourage you to come with a buddy.
6Do you allow outside food and beverages?
Outside food and beverages will NOT be permitted. There will be plenty of food vendors and beverages on sale.
7Can I bring my pets?
Pets are NOT permitted at One Love Festival. Exception, service animals.
8What if I’m not feeling well?
If you are not feeling well, please go to the medical tent and see one of our medical staff. In the case of an emergency please call 911 and notify any member of the One Love Team.
9Do I need to be 19 years old to get into VIP?
YES! Only patrons 19 years an older will be allowed access to VIP. A valid VIP wristband will be required.
10Are their backpack allowed?
Bags will be allowed, bags should not exceed 12 inches x 12 inches. All bags will be searched by our licensed security team.
11What are the acceptable forms of ID?
We will only accept Government Issued Identification as proof of ID

If you have lost an item please go to our information tent. If you have found an item please bring it to the information tent.
